1 Introduction

• All funds deposited must be from legitimate personal income. Accounts involved in money laundering or suspicious transactions will be suspended immediately.
• MCW Cacino generally does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits should reflect in your account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support within 30 minutes.

5 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply to all winnings withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a personally held account that has passed KYC verification.
• Standard withdrawal processing takes 12–24 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Winnings derived from bonuses may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• MCW Cacino may delay a withdrawal or request additional verification if fraud is suspected.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

MCW Cacino offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. The following rules apply to their use:

• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement. Typically, you must wager between 10 to 30 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal is permitted.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only. Any attempt to claim it again through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being terminated.
• Bonuses must be claimed within a specified time window. Any unclaimed bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.

7 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where a cash-out option is available.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, MCW Cacino reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match is abandoned or not completed within the scheduled time, MCW Cacino will settle bets in accordance with the applicable rules.
• If a disconnection or technical issue occurs during live betting, bets will be settled according to the market rules in effect at that time.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on MCW Cacino and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse — such as placing only low-risk bets immediately after claiming a bonus in order to meet wagering requirements.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Placing automated bets using software or bots.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to MCW Cacino's systems.
• Using another member's identity to conduct transactions.
• Abusive or harassing behavior toward staff.

9 Responsible Gaming
